The Visionary Behind Maestro: Mohammed Munir

Maestro Sports Management was founded by Mohammed Munir, widely known as ‘MAESTRO‘ in the sports community. Maestro is a highly respected AFC-licensed Football Coach and Scout, bringing over 8 years of invaluable experience in coaching, scouting, and football development across the Middle East.

His professional journey began as a talented Football player in Egypt, competing for clubs such as Al Assyouty (now Pyramids FC), Bank Al Ahly Egypt, Telifonat Benesuwef, and Nadar Asayed Academy. He also played for Al Wasl B side in Dubai. Transitioning to coaching, Maestro achieved success with various local clubs in Dubai, serving as Head Coach of U18 for Arabian Strikers, an Assistant Coach for Al Dar College (Division 2), and was a key part of the United FC team that achieved promotion to Division 1. He currently continues his impactful work with the prestigious Paris Saint Germain Academy (PSG), serving as Head Coach for U9 and U12 teams.

Maestro is the visionary behind pioneering youth development and scouting programs established in Dubai and multiple other countries, with ambitious plans for expansion into Europe and South America. His football philosophy is built on tactical intelligence, effectively leveraging diverse talent pools, and expertly managing probabilities both on and off the pitch.

Currently, he is leading the FCD 1863 project, an initiative aimed at creating a sustainable model for talent development, facilitating rapid player transitions to professional clubs, and ensuring consistent team success. This project is a testament to his dedication to advancing his managerial career and making a lasting impact on the sport.
